Refund Policy

At MNR Internet Service Provider (MNR ISP), we strive to provide exceptional services to our customers. We understand that situations may arise where you might need to discontinue our services. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand the conditions under which refunds are applicable.

1. Monthly Subscription Refunds:

Customers are eligible for a full refund of the monthly connection fee if they have not used the service for at least 24 hours during the initial connection period. However, once the service has been used for 24 hours or more, no refunds will be issued for the monthly subscription fee.

2. Yearly Subscription Refunds:

For customers who have opted for a yearly subscription and wish to discontinue the service before the completion of the subscription period, refunds will be calculated on a monthly basis. The charges for the months the service has been used will be deducted from the total yearly subscription fee paid. The remaining amount will be refunded to the customer.

3. Refund Process:

To request a refund, customers must contact our customer support team. Refund requests will be processed within 3 business working days after verification. Please note that the actual refund period may vary depending on the policies of your bank or financial institution.

5. Refund Limitations:

Refunds will not be issued for any additional services, equipment purchases, or non-subscription charges.

Refunds will only be processed to the original payment method used during the initial transaction.

MNR ISP reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Customers are encouraged to review this policy periodically for any changes.
